I meant to post on this earlier but it's difficult to do so on my phone and when I get home, i try to avoid seeing all the cool stuff going on in the forums because I'm trying to save money for truck parts. Durnit.

ANYwho... The zip line is open for anyone to use as long as it's set up. Just be careeful and use your own judgement. Mike will go out there every now and then to check on it, so don't break nothin. It's a lot of fun. Last year I was doin backflips off it almost every weekend.

My buddy has been taking his Samurai out there almost every weekend, he loves the place. I heard the swimming hole is awesome. I will try and bring some bikes out with him ASAP. A newborn isn't conducive to that environment yet.

As of the past weekend, Sugar Hill is off limits until further notice. I will post more information as the critical moments go by, but for now PLEASE DO NOT GO TO SUGAR HILL EVEN TO ASK QUESTIONS. We are in the process of going through some changes up top and everything will run much smoother if we don't have to deal with trespassing charges. So far, it's not too big of a deal but I still need to ask for some cooperation while we sort things out with the new attorneys.

Questions can be directed to Mike, or myself, but I won't be posting any critical information until we get some things smoothed over.

Recent news regarding SugarHill: a court ordered management company has been appointed along with a new security team in a settlement between the investors/owners and AISD/ Harris county. The property has been valued at a fraction of the investors' cost and an offer to purchase has been made at a value significantly lower than the preferred return. Mike and Anita are working directly with all contacts and attorneys to make an effort towards new ownership among the off-road community.

Unfortunately, the new security company has been ordered to keep everyone off the premises. So, to help make a smooth transition towards purchase, PLEASE, DO NOT GO TO SUGAR HILL, EVEN TO ASK QUESTIONS. All of the locks have been changed, and the entrances are being monitored and there is no-one on site that would let you in to come play. Anyone found on property by the security company will be given trespassing citations and removed from the property.

Sugar Hill will be closed until further notice.

Wink Sugar Hill Offroad park is closed because. ....

First of all Mike Furgison was never an owner of this park. He was trespassing everytime he went there. He lied to all of you, and stole your money while you went swimming in a hole waste dump off a zipline into water, he will be lucky to not catch charges over all of this after he stole electricity to have lights and water from the apartments next to it. Better stay away or you might get charged as well. I'm on the security detail and will make sure you guys stay off here FOREVER! All the above posts about lawyers is bullshit. Have fun in jail Mike Furgison! Dont drop the soap ROFLMFAO!

TO NO MORE SHORP. Apparently you are a dumb which is why you are a security guard in the first place. You should make sure you know what you are talking about before you post false info. Second of all I would like to know how you patrol 137 acres of Muddy Hills in the Micky Mouse Car that SEAL has you out there in. If you break a roof light I think they sell those orange roof lights at AutoZone. Keep making false statements and I will be the first one out there making your over weight fat chase me across the property. If there was really a trespassing issue out there they would have sent a real Police officer out there that actually has some authority. Not a civilian like yourself with a gunbelt full of pepper spray.
