Well... Haven't been to the track yet, but three times on the street.

1) Just finished the MSF, wanted to ride my brother's R1 around the neighborhood. On the way back home, I got too comfortable, panicked at running into a curb and tried to use my feet as the brakes... Bike tipped over lol - Learned that lesson quick.

2) Riding my 636 since my car was in the shop. I was leaving school when it was 20 some degrees out... Cold tires, cold roads, cold limbs... Some lady ran out infront of me while going through the parking lot and I tried to go around her instead of stopping... Lost the back tire and lowsided.

3) There's a thread on here somewhere about it. T-boned by a car on my 675. - In hindsight, it could of been avoided. But it also could've been worse, so i'm not too mad. - Still recovering from having my leg severed and re-attached. I'll be back on it later this year.

Twice, both as a teenager, a long time ago:

Honda MT 50, side hilling, muddy, steep trail and it slid out under me
Honda Scrambler 175, crossing RR tracks, hit foot deep pool of fresh gravel in pot hole, down she went...

Never in my fifties on the Ninja EX 500 or the new Guzzi....knock on wood head

5 between track and street. Broken metatarsal, sprained pinky, right rotator, four ribs, T10 and 11 vertebra and disks from bikes. More from cars and other assorted moving things.

first, street, lazily taking a slow turn, gravel, down, some road rash. Avoidable.

Second, street, on Honea Egypt, took a turn too hot, got scared, stood the bike, jabbedatthe rear brake, fell, I fractures left collarbone, bike was trashed down in a ravine lol. Preventable.

Third, track at MSRH when it was new, when off track and as soon the front tire touched the MUD I did a cartwheel, bike and all. Preventable

Fourth time, street, 15mph turn, gravel again, really a freak accident, my right foot got twisted 180 and snapped tibia and fibula, and destroyed ankle. That was 8 years ago and I still can't jump or run. Preventable.

fifth. time, street, out with some guys to Livingston, having fun, great pace, right after a right hand turn there was a dip on the pavement which sent my bike into a violent tank slapper, threw me out while going 80, tumbled for what it seemed an eternity and I didn't get any road rash since I had full leathers, but I had bruises everywhere, it took me 3 days to be able to walk straight. don't know if it was preventable to be honest.

HA wow I thought this thread was about something totally differnt, sorry for having a perverted mind.

I went down once, not my fault truck tboned me, ran me to the other of the road and wouldn't stop, and then he ran off when I stood up finally. fell back to the ground because my leg basically exploded with blood flying out everywhere and I was covered in gasoline and blood from everywhere on my body. luckily when 1 of the 4 street/business signs I hit my helmet saved it from slicing my head open, the helmet didn't do so well. oh all my clothes were torn to at this point I was basically naked, not a pretty sight though since I was literally covered in so much road rash when I got hauled to some larger hospital in Virginia (this incident happend in va) the nurse didn't know where to put the Iv lines in because I didn't have skin left on my arms

First was on an overpass after it just rained after 3 months of no rain. Hit an oil slick. No damage.

Second was on a 'track,' acting a fool. Broke my clavicle in two spots along with my scapula.

The other 2 were from wheelies on my motard. Ankle fracture, an extremely bruised and swollen leg from the bike landing on me, and some road rash.

I've had a couple of other minor spills that were nothing more than amusement for other people. LOL

I dropped the bike twice while standing still. That is all in 20+ years of riding.

street 2 times.

1- been riding about a month, forgot to put the kickstand down. No major damage, few scrapes on the fairing and cracked the turnsignal casing.

2. On racers road, going pretty slow, but fast for the ninja 250 and its little tires. Went around a turn and caught a rock with the rear wheel which cause the bike to get off balance and ran off the road. Was wearing all my gear except the right shoes. This resulted in over extension of the thumb(nothing you could have done there.) Bruised clavicle, torn shoulder muscles starting from the front of my clavicle to the rear of the shoulder.(Hurt for 2 weeks, burned with pain for 3 to 4 days). And broke my 3 smallest metatarsals in my left foot. Was it preventable? yea it was! Too much lean with the bike, not enough with my body and not paying enough attention to the debris in the road.

Oh well, Nothing happened in the last year and half now. knock on wood of course.

These arnt counting the numerous 5-10mph drops and screw ups from backwoods riding on CRF 80s and kawi 110s as a kid.

You live and you learn... however you cant fix stupid either. Sometimes I wonder why we do some of the that in the back of our heads we know is going to hurt us at some point.
