4 times.

First was a few months in, I misjudged my entry speed, hit the curb and high-sided into dirt and rolled.

Second was riding my street tires on a dirt trail. Patch of soft dirt led to a slow low side. My grip got torn up as the bar dug into the dirt. That was an abrupt loss of speed and I was winded, but adrenaline helped to pick my bike back up and ride off.

Third time was mud. Bent in the clutch lever and walked it home.
That was mother's day on the way to visit my mom.

Fourth time, I was taking the last turn on the way to work. The underpass u-turn. I was trying to get as low as I could without moving my . I flicked it down, got far, then the back slipped as I accelerated and tried to squeeze down a little further. I fell only about a foot and scraped up my clutch lever again.

I couldn't have prevented the slip from the mud in the road, but the rest were preventable learning experiences.

Only once so far. There was gravel and t on a construction road when I came for a turn... It was at night so I couldn't of seen it coming so you tell me if it was preventable of not. I was going the speed limit

1 high side on street. Damp roads, cold tires, recently geared down Ducati and some crack sealant. Changing lanes and accelerating while coming back from class in the morning in Pittsburgh. Very avoidable.

Gone down a few times., two street, both preventable. One dirt.
Street. Fractured shoulder
Dirt. Amnesia, stitches. Preventable? Probably.

Dirt- many times in sugar sand. ( I'm better in mud )
Street- 1. Totaled my 650r because I was around w/ my XM stereo looking for a tune and not looking at the up set of RR tracks ahead. ( my insurance check paid for an upgrade though )

I don't count off-road or track. Too many to remember (even if I could try)

On the street...three.

Hawk GT on Lime Creek Road. Too fast into a decreasing and elevation changing turn. Easily preventable.

KTM LC4 640 tard on 3090. Too fast for cold tires and cold, wet road...found cold water to submerge in just to make a point. Yes, avoidable.

PCH in CA on a friend's Speed Triple 1050...very minor and VERY avoidable. Brain fart on my part, for pulling onto a gravel shoulder.

1 street, preventable (found out the front brakes on my new-to-me bike weren't so good, resorted to rear brake and fishtailed until I low sided)

Once, I was making a U turn at a gas station early in the morning and he must have sprayed the ground with water and I could't tell and the rear wheel slip out.
Preventable? I'm sure.
