I do a lot of levers and set, the levers I do both for 5. the rear sets I do for 30 for both sides because there are about 10 - 15 pieces for you to dissasemble and then I prep and coat each item separately, even the pin head gets done to match.
I have done Powdercoated flames, it takes lots of hand labor and the pricing will be based on what ya got to do and what ya want.

Yes, they were chrome.
75 for wire because I have to hand prep each spoke.
50 for mag type wheels,
