I would but, Ducati's are notorious for running rough at slow speeds.

Yes, he is VERY good at what he does and a very good guy. I've been pleased with the work he has done on my bikes which includes everything from a DRZ250, to a Bimota DB4, ZX10R, and my beloved 900 SS/SP mechanical restoration he did. Bike runs perfectly.

The guy knows his stuff.

The streetfighter is a beast. It amazes me that the mags rate the Aprilia Tuono V4 as being badder assed.
Not that I think, "Nothing is badder than a Ducati", just dayum! If it kicks the out of a streetfighter it must be serious!

I need to go for a ride and always like to meet new people. Don't like the cold but if we get a day that's not too bad, I'm in!

North of Austin, but sort of still "Austin". I moved here from Katy a little over a year ago.

Lime Creek Road is ten minutes from my driveway. Just enough time to heat up the tires, motor, etc.

Maybe I need to come visit. I got a young'un at UT and I wouldn't mind taking a ride to Austin. While I'm there maybe...
I ride your ZX and you can ride the SF?

Sure. Sounds good, but I need a week's notice, the 10 is in track set-up, but it's easy to swap over, just need an hour or so as I have extra wheels and tires.

Pic of said 10...it's really not a 250.

Well maybe we can trade Ducatis then, no need to pull out the wrenches on my account, lol.

I could say the same for the SF, lol. One of my coworkers got one and we rode to lunch. I was on my FZ1.
When we got there I told him, "That thing is like barbed wire and hand grenades! I gotta have one!"

They are fair weather riders so you wont likely see them until march. Just bring it by houston superbikes and stop around. We will take care of the bike properly

Houston Superbikes or Motorcycles Unlimited. Those are the two best shops I've come across (between my 650r and my brother's Duc). Best customer service I could imagine.

DesmoTexas did some GREAT rides last Spring/Summer. The rides were all day long... I was totally lost, and had a blast the whole way. I haven't checked in on them because i was just invited by a Duc owner (I don't have one... may be the next upgrade though). Hopefully they're still around, a good group of guys with level heads while riding... but not boring either.
