Congrats on doing things the legal and legit way

Be sure to watch your tire pressures and let the tires warm up on cold days.

Nice bike, post up some pics. Houston Superbikes is where to take your Duc they are off 59 and Fondren. PM a member named Pachuco aka Sergio and he will take good care of you.

I had a monster 796 and I loved it, but really didn't ride it as much as I should. It's a great starter bike, enjoy it and be safe. Houston if full of crazy cagers

thanks for the reference!

My bike is about 7200 miles so i actually called Houston Superbikes to get a price about bringing in my bike for the 7500 mile service and they quoted me literally twice the amount of Mancuso. I asked the same question (7500 service cost) to both people and the price was just crazy. Luckily i have a little while before it actually gets to 7500.

Is it ok to ask people's experience about either shop? I know the saying "you get what you pay for" but in this case......?

It's ok to ask what people's experiences are regarding various shops. Happens on this forum all the time. Some of them might even be sponsors.

Congrats on doing things the right way. It's much appreciated from all of us in the moto community.

Hopefully you don't plan on riding over the next couple of days it's a little wet out
