good welder?

Any recommendations for a good person or shop that can tig a hardtail on my sportster frame? I have it ready to go, so just needs cut, cleaned and 3 welds. Thanks!

My buddy just got his frame hardtailed and I think he took it to our buddy at Cut Throat Customs up in Humble, not too far from ya
I will find out for sure and can let you know
