Yea Obed and I think his name was Rob, let Ivan and I try the minis on the Katy track, and talk about t blast. the only difference is the speed, but still very fast because the track is smaller so the turns come quick just like at msrh or TWS (Texas World Speedway).

Here is a video of the denton track.

I need to pick me up another mini but with the purpose of trying to race and not trying to learn my balance point and continually injuring myself.

looks like alot of bang for your buck and even a bad crash cant be that bad. right? lol

accidents with injuries do happen... the most common seems to be a broken collar bone.. If i remember right there were a total of 3 last season and they all happened in the first two or three race weekends...I think one guy broke a bone in his hand and I got 3 ribs...crashes with no injuries except to your pride are much more common..between practice sessions and races I went down a total of 8 times last year and all were get up and go again...
I crashed twice in one race and still finished, last but finished.
the one race where i crashed and did not get to finish is because the brakes got screwed up and locked on... had to get to the pits to free it up, but raced the other races i had signed up for later in the day...

I broke a few ribs last season and broke a few ribs the season before, so yeah, you can still get hurt out there.

But if you are on a budget and still want to race motorcycles, it's one of the cheapest forms of road racing out there.... And honestly, I have just as much fun racing minis as I do racing the big bikes.

Me and the kids will be there for most of the Katy races and me might make a few Denton races.
