I also have a GIVI A-750 which I removed about 2 months ago. I've found that having the wind equally dispersed across my chest and head is less fatiguing due to reduced helmet buffeting caused by the screen.
I am about 6"1" with a long torso so I had to slouch foward to get the slipstream to flow over my helmet. The forward slouch caused more fatigue than sitting upright as well. If you are shorter in stature, a screen may help more since the slipstream may hit you differently.
