Cross(semi) Country Trip.

Influenced by Guitar Man on his last trip to Canada, I'll do a shorter trip with a few friends around April.

First thing. Get a proper bike.

2005 Vstrom 650 18K miles.

7d976aba43c9ee77e1de5702aa19f6d8 zpsbca12028

Planned route: Not determined yet, but Colorado and Yellowstone must be in the route. Gotto try Pikes Peak prior to the Pike Peak international Race June 30th.
Riders: Bluepine, HouTex, Rhenkekson, and GRSA.

It would be awesome if you join in. But let me check with the Robert and Joe if they are cool with it. I think they didn't want a big group for safety purpose.
Let you know Adam.

I spent two years living on a Caponord, riding around the US.
3 1/2 laps coast to coast/ border to border, and a trip from Bend,Or to Orlando, Fl in a 1963 Unimog.

So the best advice I can give you......stay outta Yellowstone and the other big parks during summer break (school break)! Traffic sux and so do most of the "city" folk.
