no lights or fuel pump working on my 954 need help

my dash lights and headlights won't work nor will my fuel pump the bike won't start can anybody help it's a 954

I check both fuses and subharness changed out the starter switch and light switch nothing is working

when I turn on the high beam switch the lights don't come on but if I press the start button the fuel pump will come on

Theirs a ground block under the seat area. Bet it is burnt up. It controls a lot including lights, fuel pump.
