Post 2/17 ride out of Motorcycles Unlimited

Great ride today! Perfect group as well....I really enjoy myself so much better when there are only 6-8 guys. (It helps that we've all ridden together before too!) I had a blast on 1488. I can't say I've ridden that road before today. I would have tagged along for the rest of the ride, but I went ahead and counted my blessings before pushing my luck again. I'd say we all got pretty lucky considering how we were riding 1 minute before Johnny Law graced us with his presence.:laughing6

and thanks to Motorcycles Unlimited for lubing me up and checking my pressure before we rolled out

Man just got back from the ride. Since the warning at Hempstead we all decided to take it real easy. We were coming back thru the forest and we passed a cop on a bike, we were only doing 65 - 70mph, Shaun (Noctem) gets pulled over again and gets ANOTHER ticket fro doing 72mph. Dude i feel bad for him not a good day at all.

Andre3K you any good contacts in Waller or Montgomery???

a ticket for 72? isn't it 65 through there? I'm suprised he gave him a ticket if it was a motorcycle cop.

Yep I don't know why he decided to go after Shaun, when we passed the cop it looked like he was chasing down 3 other riders that passed us.

Actually...its worse than that. I got a total of four tickets today...and Irish can back me on this, I was taking it REALLY easy today (comparatively speaking) after we got pulled over the first time and especially through the forest.

I WILL NEVER RIDE UP IN THAT AREA AGAIN. NEVER. F!@# THE FOREST. AND TO ALL THOSE THAT DO, BUY A FREAKIN RADAR DETECTOR OR HONE YOUR RIDING/RUNNING SKILLS.

I was one of the 3! We thought we were done for when we came around the corner at 80 and there he was. Then all of a sudden he was gone. Guess he wanted yall more. No worries! We got our going into Montgomery. Got a ticket for passing a stopped car at the first light out of the forest on the right. Then the lady cop said she was sorry for ruining our day! Just wrong

We went through the forest friday evening and there was a DPS officer rolling through at that time too... seems like they are looking for us around there!
