Well if you're just going to spill it all over the road, there's no sense in spending a bunch of money on it

THat I do not have. I do not have electronics like the HP4 to allow you to launch like a MF.
I wanna play though....why not. Its not like we win a prixe or anything?

On the Dyno thing, my interests lie in same bike, same dyno, just to see how much one bike makes over another. Super curious about my motor.
It got the "run like a " break in. Saw redline at 100 miles, never looked back.
Also, first 600 mile oil change was SHell Rotella (non-synth) and Fram bike filter from Wally World.

We will be doing 2nd and 3rd gear roll ons so the launch wont be a factor at all

I find i dont need crazy amount of HP on the streets...120hp+ with sub 500lb bike, everything after that is straight aways and throttle pull. Skill wins overall

Now BMW is a new player in Superbikes so naturally there is a learning curve that comes with the game, how many years have Honda or Ducati been racing? I am very sure that BMW will be a game changer in the long run and with the way Ducati has been making recent bikes, i am very sure its winning days are over, their best bike feature was the trellis frame and awesome torque, both of which are no longer a feature on their all new superbikes.
Im just jealous. I want several of the new bikes out today. Bmw aprilia and Kawasaki have all come a long ways in the last two years, and this last season of Superbikes was competitive. I agree with Ducati's racing days are numbered, I'll more than likely own a kawi and bmw one day.

LOL... Don't need to put me on it.. Gary could out ride my all day long...(except for maybe launches at the strip, and even then he'd figure it out in no time)... Not a lot of skill required for 2nd gear rolls, not to mention Gary is considerably lighter then me... He'd definitely be the jocky of choice for the kwackers... And I'm sure Sunday Rider can handle his own on a S1000rr.

If y'all really want to find some jockeys, get the Mathews brothers to come into town.. They both will ride the wheels off of anything and pretty much out skill anyone here in straight line stuff..

I weigh 145 and like to thank I'm pretty decent in a strait line. My garage is full of drag bikes from high 9 sec. 636cc to 7.80 turbo 1468cc. I cut pretty good lights and 60 ft pretty well. I can hold my own, let me know

i dunno man - i weigh about 70lbs less than my bike HAHA !!!!

but yeah, they don't want my 102hp Buell going out there and punishing folks.....

just kidding - my bike is slow, and i'm ok with that

when i get more comfortable on my bike, i'm gonna go back to a higher powered bike...

but for now, cruising and riding is my priority.

still wanna see some videos of ya'll though
