Yeah I'm done with the whole being politically correct thing and not putting them on blast, I'm tired of their . Once I get my bike back I will go on Facebook and tear into them.

Get your bike back before you blast a shop like this. There is 2 sides to every story. Curious as to what they have to say. Seems from your fb messages they are trying to make it right.

However, when you were explaining the story. You made it sound like your bike was gone and this guy was out in Galveston on it. Then you say you talked to a buddy that works there and he said its just sitting up there. :/ Why didn't you just call or txt your "buddy" you say you have up there and ask him the status?

Just seems odd to me. You may be telling it right. Like I said 2 sides to every story.

I never insinuated that he was on my bike in Galveston, and how would you react if the receptionist said "we don't know where your bike is" and we can't do anything because we are about to close? And yeah out of desperation I call my friend to see if he saw any foul play and he said my bike was next to his lift, but how do 3 sets of eyes miss a freaking motorcycle!? I just suspect that something is going on down there.

Whoa, so this whole thing is all based on nothing more than supposition? Look, I am willing to admit that there may be foul play going on, but they are trying to make it right and if it takes them an extra day then what's the real harm? Is it worth it to go on the 'net and blast their reputation? The tech took a vacation day, he could have been planning this for months and is preoccupied (maybe he is asking his GF to marry him, who knows?) and wanted to make sure the respray on your rim has time to cure and is done right.
While you worked there, did the receptionist have a clue as to what was going on in the back? Are you certain the one they have now was hired for her brains or for being the cute daughter of the manager/owner?
C'mon, there's way too many variables here now, especially now that you've admitted that you really have no actual proof that you are being over.

FWIW I have been to Katy Yamaha for service on a bike, the last time was in 1999 to rebuild a brake caliper on an '81 XJ550, so any perceived loyalty is not a factor.
