KLX-110 Build (Restore)

I recently picked up a low hour 2005 Kawasaki KLX-110 for cheap. The throttle cable is broken and the bike has been sitting in the previous owners garage for about six months. I figured I would document it's revival. I hope to get this thing ready for the upcoming TMGP season.

Parts Ordered so Far
- - - - - - - - -
* OEM Gas Cap w/ Breather hose
* Throttle Body Cable
* Monster Plastics
* FMF full exhaust (Still looking for a used one)
* Manual Clutch kit (Put on hold temporarily)

On the list to get Done
- - - - - - - - -
* New Spark Plug
* Remove Rusty chain and soak in oil to remove oxidation/rust
* Change fork oil
* Change engine oil and filter
* Carb removal and Clean
* Deep Cleaning (this thing is filthy!)

The bike wheeled out of the previous owners garage. This thing is dirty!

Nice lookin bike, I love 110s! Need any help/advice just ask!

I would go with a procircut or bbr instead of a fmf, there better for a stock motor, the fmf is same size as a stock pipe (I have on on my sons). Pancake filer with a choke plug and 80 main 40 pilot... 20 weight oil with hd springs
