Here is my input. I know i am forgetting to include some riders.

I have seen quite a few good street riders that keep a good pace and are consistent with their pace. Not parking in the corners, good lines, well disciplined riders that put the safety of fellow riders before douchery. I don't remember all their names. But here are a few GOOD riders:
Texlurch he is a good rider and knows his routes
Bevo consistent
HDA track experience shows through
Brad smooth
Viffer level headed and always willing to sweep
Rykoson the teacher good example of servant leader
New rider entertains the group well
Gary is fast. Haven't ridden with him much.
David75 was very consistent with his style. But recently crashed

And occasionally:
Longdraw good over all, but , occasionally see him stutter
Craig on his 600 is consistent. Need some time on the 1k
Lucar is fast, but, sometimes seems half committed in corners .
Queenmoka has come a long way. He is learning his bike. Have not ridden with him much either.
Trish is consistent
Tmax is pretty good for his sooner and even though he talks a bunch of sometimes. He is always there to help. He is good in my books

To sum it up the best rider would be hard to pick. Because each one of these guys are unique in some way.

The fastest rider on the streets overall is

And you STILL haven't answered the question.

Is it about out riding or not?

No.
In this thread, you talk safety, control, etc...
In Jeff's thread, you talked nothing else about not being afraid to call some out on the street, other riders not having the to ride with your "crew", and how street riders have "whooping power" on track riders.

Can you not see how that is confusing and contradictory?

That's bullshit. You instigate drama all the time just to get attention. No one seriously gives a that you ride a scooter.

I don't doubt they can. Especially on a Beamer.

It just irks me when there was sooo much talking in one thread about out riding calling out one of the best street riders in Houston and a CMRA racer to boot, then another thread pops up days later touting safety this, cohesion that, good groups...
