Talking Back on 2!

25 days after the heart attack, and I finally got back on the bike this morning. It felt good. I wasnt medically restricted from riding, I had just felt weak, and not quite ready to get on. The cold weather helped, as I wasnt really craving a 30- something degree ride.

Good to hear you're back from that. Take care of yourself. My dad had quadruple bypass many years ago, and my older brother a few years ago. Following that, I started exercising. My goal is to have my rib cage intact when they put me in the ground. I found being in shape helps in many areas of life, especially track days. I hit 50 this year and am in better shape than I was a decade ago.
