Good luck Jay.
DING DING DING!!! And the best part about this is my tire was being changed because I ran over a nail. I purchased a tire protection warranty from Katy Yamaha so in order to not pay out of pocket, I had to take my bike to them to get the tire replaced for free.

Thanks Helios.

Why do people up by not saying who did it. Grow a pair. Say who did it since you started a thread about it then go in Tuesday and let them know they it up.

Lol 2 of their employees got a little too close to my bike when I was at Ice House, so I don't doubt it.

yea.. i have a camera on my bikes and cars in my garage recording 24/7. and also one on the driveway. as soon as motion is detected on the driveway, a red light comes on to alert me. I urge any thief to please try. it will be one more thief off the street. Just ask Cuong, he was playing with the desert eagle before he wrecked.

anyway, I would politely let them know the situation. Keep us posted with how it goes. Worst thing that can happen is you wasted a few minutes to try and resolve an issue and alert the community of their attention to business. GL man.

The machine that is used at Katy Yamaha will scratch up rims if you don't use rags. I've seen it first hand.

It's perfectly reasonably to expect no scratches when you get your tires changed. Too many Houston area shops scratch the out of wheels to change them. Alert them to the situation and let us know how they respond.

So I put a picture of my rim on Facebook and my ex boss contacted me. It's amazing how powerful social media is. If I didn't put that picture on Facebook, he wouldn't have wanted to fix my rim. (In my picture I did NOT release the name of Katy Yamaha.)
