True ABS helps, but if you are on oil, or something worse you are done.

Agreed. Plus I think if I went to abs I wouldn't know what was going to happen. Normal brakes are predictable. Well I'm sure and are too once you're used to them?

I have felt it kick in, and it does help. It just feels a little weird. The gixxer has nothing, and I am use to it. I have lost the front, and rear mid corner on the gixxer. On the Honda I only loose the rear under acceleration.
