A Used Tampon In Level 3!

Video of my first time riding in L3. Too a while to get there and I still felt slow. Hope this gets me to be a little faster following the rest of these fast mofos. I need to get ready if I wanna race next year, trying to get the bike in tip top shape.

Thanks to all of the people that have helped me get better.

BYRDMAN- for advice and showing me I wasn't as ready as I thought.
1FC - Always showing me the lines and towing me.
Rykoson- for the encouragement.
Floyd- for allowing me to follow him and also for bumping me up.(you said I could say it was you if o didn't wreck )
Robert - for giving me a town on first lap put AMD letting me pass you.
Blake- for towing me in the second session.

Hope you enjoy the video.

I say you could have made it. You had already slowed down for the guy and that moment was enough to pass him and get back on the line. He was probably stuck like chuck with the guy in front of him.

the line just make sure you get past people and ride te out of your bike. Level 3 should be cut throat if many of the riders are using it as "race practice". Track days aren't competition at all but bein pushed and pushing all over the track and getting back to YOUR line is what track day practice is all about. No one is going to LET us make a pass next year in CMRA...

Hahah just don't kill any friends on a track day! Fun riding with you this season. Congrats on lvl 3. Ill be there right next to you this spring, trying to follow. You're fast dude, keep it up

I agree a little but at 3:37 getting off of his line that late could have caused an accident...and it would have been NewRider's fault for getting off line..it isn't the job of the person getting passed to make sure that you do it safely, it is the job of the passer to get it done safely...Track days aren't CMRA races (like you said), they should be used for training...not learning bad habbits...okay flame on!!!

Great video Ivan.

Nice way to keep it calm by the way.. making safe passes is whats really all about.
Just FYI.. if you have time to think or you're thinking if you should or should NOT make the pass then you really shouldn't . ether you do or you dont. not at any point you should seat in the middle of the turn going at that speed thinking if you should make the pass because thats how bad happens.

The faster you get you'll find you're self making passes like if you were back in level 1 and riding at a level 3 paste.

Take your time when you are at the track.. the only way for you to go fast IS to go slow..

See ya!!!

Yes. Looks like he had the corner. Sticking your nose in there...esp being the 1st line in L3 prolly isnt the best idea...ballsy though. Looking good in a bunch of corners and looking foward seeing you on the track in L3 next year.
