Inspections.

I'm looking for a place to get my bike inspected in SW Houston (Stafford) I don't want to spend anymore that $15.00...Anyone know of a place? Let me know...I have to have it done before Feb. 27th..

Much appreciated

Brandon

go to any inspection station. it's only $12.50 no matter where you go. if they charging you on top of that.....then threaten to report them to the DPS for overcharging.

most of your local auto mechanic shops probably do it, if not, they'll probably show you where you could get an inspection done.

I saw a sign for a place on W Belfort or W Airport that was $10 instead of the standard $12.50 - some new shop looking to bring in customers.

When I head down there again I'll look for ya.

I used to be a State Inspector at the Copperfield Texaco Xpress Lube for three years off HWY 6 north, in between toke-a-bowl (Taco Bell) and the car wash. Go there and ask for Jeff, he's the Manager. Tell him Joey sent you and he'll take care of ya.

he's right...and also they will check for tire tread, high beam, high beam indicator, license plate light, no leaks in your brake system.

it's pretty much a common sense safety test. if you can't pass it, your bike probably aint safe to ride anyways.
