When my bike doesn't trip the light I mount a rear facing camera and irrelevantly title a video. Then I make a thread on a forum and ask the community for their input on said irrelevantly titled video.

30sec?
May seem like a long time... but maybe the light just wasn't very fast.

Yes, I've been caught at lights, always in a left turn lane. Prefer to run it in a straight line, for better defense/excuse. But I will make a left on red when clear in certain places.
There are lights that i simply don't go to.... ever.... I cut through the gas station or neighborhood.

Put a rare earth magnet on the bottom of your bike.
$5.00
Problem solved.

looks like you need to center your bike on top of one of the grooves cut in the road, not between the grooves.

This too. I normally try to swerve back and forth over them, or ride at a diagonal across them. May look like a noob who can't keep my bike straight... but it seems to work.

I hear some put a few loops of wire around the left boot sole.

Not sure if it works.

Put your kickstand down and blip the throttle (towards the edge of the sensor pad).

SH242 is really really bad about this, kickstand down always works for me, and i heard somewhere that after 3 cycles of the light youre legally allowed to run it? not verified but ive definitely done it
