Placement of armor

I have a one piece Teiz suit that I wear over my work clothes. I notice that when standing the knee and shin armor (separate pieces) line up over the respective body parts they're supposed to protect. However when I'm on the bike they're either too high or too low. Is the leg armor supposed to be positioned for when on the bike or when standing?

Thanks in advance.

I don't know--that's why I asked
My guess is the shin armor should be fitted when on the bike and the knees should be for when off.
