good info there Shadman,
do you know if the bikes used during rider school have to be safety wired?
I was gonna let someone, or myself use my honda ruckus for the rider school.

I wired everything up today. Wondering if this is acceptable for the axle nuts. The clip is wired shut.

^^Nice work there. I would think that axle clip would be perfectly acceptable, especially with the safety wire and all. We just used regular old cotter pins. Hopefully that should do.

Can someone get this question answered?

Can a 110cc air-cooled 4-stroke run in LW Superbike Endurance? The bike will have a manual clutch NOT an auto-clutch.

LIGHTWEIGHT SUPERBIKE CLASS RULES
The Lightweight Superbike class will be open to carburetor, engine, frame and suspension modifications
providing they do not exceed the specifications listed herein.
1. Maximum displacement of 50cc water cooled 2-stroke manual clutch, 80cc 2-stroke automatic
clutch
2. Maximum displacement of 60cc air cooled 2-stroke manual clutch, 80cc 2-stroke automatic
clutch.
3. Maximum displacement of 100cc 4-stroke manual clutch, 110cc 4-stroke automatic clutch
4. Exhaust must have a silencer.
5. The use of oxygen enriched fuel additives is prohibited.

There were some changes for '07 though. I could've swore there were 110's with manual clutch running in LW SB.

for 2007, you CAN run a 110 4-stroke air cooled with a manual clutch in LW sueprbike.
