Best place for new rear tire w/ install

I live in Pearland but dont mind driving. Wanted a reliable place at a decent price that has rear tires and can put it on on site. anyone?

2wheeltoyz 5 Spencer hwy. There the cheapest and closest. Around 150 depending on what tire you choose. Install is free.

If I still have a job when I get in to the shop tomorrow, and the electricity was wired into the tire machine, I would do it for free. I also have a static balancer that works pretty darned good.

Doing it on my Harbor Freight machine kinda sucks
