CMRA @ TWS (Texas World Speedway) - Sid Shaddock Thanks!!

Sid Shaddock ran 2 races at TWS (Texas World Speedway), and got on the podium in both, SSB 3rd place and SSC 2nd place finish. This was his first race experience at TWS (Texas World Speedway). Sid ran a 1:54.1 in SSB then a 1:53.7 in SSC. He was flying!

SSC versus 600's and 750's, he finished 3rd, just a tick off the 2nd place rider, with some heated riding against Jay Newton

SSB he led from just after the start until the last lap when the motor ate a valve and lost 25% of it's power. He still managed to limp around and take 2nd behind Bobby Davies who was hauling the mail on his last lap

Sid has come a long way this year..from his first race at MSRH starting in 30th+ position, to starting near the front of the pack and picking up 3 podium in the last 4 races he ran at ECR and TWS (Texas World Speedway). We couldn't have done it with the help of friends, vendors, and a great race organization.

We'd like to thank:

Westside Mosquito - Tire and registration expenses

Fastline Motorcycle School - track days are the best place to get fast and safe

Fastline Mini Endurance Team - riding a 250 on the edge is the best training to ride a big bike fast

South Central Race Center / Bridgestone Tires - John Hutchinson knows his stuff. We trust him with our lives.

Onroad / Offroad - Suspension settings for the GSXR are working great! Roger Albert does a good fork rebuild too.

Pit crew: Big thanks to TangoElRango (Trey) for the help this weekend. We will make sure you get on the race track ASAP brother. BROP! BROP!

Thanks also to all the folks who help out when we come unprepared. Gavin, Ana, Wes, Kalanie, Sheila, Memo, and Ryan, Joey, and the Kpop crew (yum) and I'm sure I am missing folks.

CMRA: We love what you do. And we thank you for doing it. All good people! Special thanks to Steve in tech for help with contingency forms and to Ryan for helping retrieve our double crashed 250 parts. The Saturday party was a nice touch.

Class and manufacturer sponsors: P1 Racing, EBC Brakes, Hotbodies, Motul, Pitbull, Lone Star Track Days, Moto Liberty

Can't wait to do it all again next year. One small change...I'll be riding the Gixxer 600 in Novice, haha.

Fantastic job there Sid ! Happy to see you are on the podium. You an JJ Newton had a pretty good run going there in one of those classes.
