Waller's not a good county to get a ticket.
I've learned my lesson...

I remember officer Burns and judge Ted Krenek.

$0 in surcharges - lawyer baby!

and i lost count of how many tickets i have gotten.. over 70 for speeding alone..(adding in criminal mischief, unsafe lane changes, no seat belts, unsafe speed, wreckless driving, no proof of ins (bc i never carry it not bc i dont have it), expired tags/inspection (bc im lazy) i prolly have over 150 total. it would be a challenge to try to add them all up)

most of the time cops ask me if my job requires me to drive around lot and when i say no i manage a store they saw "well son, you sure are popular in texas" because when they run my license they see that i have had tickets in like 30 different counties.

so ya.. i can farther than you.

You usually can not get deferred in a county you do not reside in. That is why you save your defensive driving until that time. Although, getting DD for that far over is unikely as well.
