Got a ticket

I'm from san antonio and I was riding on "racers road" with a friend and got pulled over in Pattison. I was wanting to know I anyone knows a good lawer to get a ticket dismissed or lessoned. Or is it better to see a judge and try to argue with him? I was doing 90 in a 55.
Any help is good help. Thinks

Ps. it is fat over there. Good wheelie country.

Monks and monks is a good firm, but make sure you have some kind of excuse, they can only do something for you if they have something to work with. But they will postpone it for a long time and hope the cop doesn't show, but in small towns, not likely...

Don't bother. Pattison judge HATES motorcycles. Yes, I'm speaking from experience.

Just ask to take a safety course or for deferred judification.

Good Luck.

And of course the ERC (Experienced Rider Course) can be taken in place of DD or a safety class as long as the judge/DA/county approves it. You may not learn much that you don't already know, but it's good practice for the slow stuff and at least you get to spend the time on your bike!

90 in a 55, no Deferred or DD. Get a lawyer and let him fight for you, it will be easier for the lawyer to take it down to a DD or Deferred. You will not pull this off by yourself.

David Sprecher only does harris country violations...

If it was within 20mph's of the speed limit, see if you can take defensive driving, that's probably your best bet at theis point.
