they got rid of the side blades on the 07-12 600rr. Was never too keen of those

The CBR500 looks cool. The front end of the 600RR is weird. It does look better with the Repsol paint though.

I think it's cool that they are starting to market the smaller bikes over here. 250, 300, 500's. It seems to have been an untapped market. Plus gas will only keep going up which will drive demand up over time. I wouldn't be surprised if you see 125's over here in the not too distant future.

Not sure about 125cc. Those are popular in developing countries and in europe. Here in NA, freeways are such a major part of driving, and you need at least a 250 to do fwy speeds. 125 would be good for local ruotes.

I think it will be awhile for the 125's. There is going to come a day when people are going to stop driving all these jacked up dualies and all the other gas guzzleing vehicles out there. They are very popular in europe where gas can be $6 to $7 dollars a gallon or more. You see a lot of them over there. They will probably be more suited for local routes like you said. I've been seeing more scooters out there lately.

I would be willing to bet that gas prices will get pretty high with the demand constantly increasing.
