04 gsxr750 forks question

I got an 04 750 and fork seals just went out and I was wondering if the forks from the 03-04 1000 and it the 05-06 1000 would be a direct fit? And if so is there any benefits on having 1000 forks on the 750 or is it better of with the original stock 750 forks?

Thanks in advance

Just replace the fork seals. No need for new forks.
