pitsterpro GP race prep

took all the plastic off today to look the bike over and get her ready to ride.
it looks to be better made than i was expecting and had a few surprises for me.
i took the oil it came with out and put in mobil 1, notice it had fittings for spools, so i put spools on it so i could use stands on it and get it up off the ground a bit.
pulled the wheels off and greased the axels and adjusted the chain, it was banjo string tight...
drilled the axels and for safety pins... drilled the oil fil cap and oil drain and safety wired them.. was pleased to see that there were already two factory catch bottles on it, so did not have to add any catch bottles..
put gas in it and decided to start it up and see how it ran... could not get the thing to start... acted like it was not getting gas.. i did not see a shut off valve so i was a bit trying to figure out why no gas to the carb...went ahead and pulled the seat and tank cowl, and , there was a gas valve that i could not see when the seat was on..opened the valve and it started second kick...it ran fine warmed up quick and idled well..let it run for about 10 minutes..did that several time through out the day

the little tach is cute and actually works...
the factory muffler has a nice little throaty four stroke sound to it.

i took all the factory decals off the plastics, man they were a ...lots of glue left behind that took a little elbow grease to get off...it is now all white.. not sure what i want to do with that, may just leave it and put numbers only on it...

It's small, relatively simply curves... buy some vinyl car wrap graphics for it.
Or just some plain color car wrap vinyl and put a stripe or two, maybe two tone it.

Looks like a great bike, keep up the updates.

No joke! Can you imagine a group of 10-12 grown men mobbing down the streets on these?

So you're using fully synthetic oil for break-in? I can only assume that has a cat iron [not plated] cylinder..

who knows what it has... there is NO information with it...no owners manual of any kind...
Pitster pro told me they would see what they could come up with and I have not heard from them since...
still have not had the bike out...it has just sat in the garage since i started it up.
