The rider crashed into back of a car on 290 after rally. RIP Jay Jay, but you would still be here if had on gear.

Also not to be a , but who came up with the "great" idea of doing a memorial ride to a bar to celebrate a friend killed in a moto accident?

Condolences to those left behind.

Most likely it was his favorite bar or his club's hang out.
If I should die , please say a prayer for me & it's ok with me to have a drink & conversate about the good times we shared .

Almost every benifit I have ever attended has been at a bar type establishment. Usually a mom and pop type place where they can set up for BBQ plates and what not. Blessings to the family he left behind regardless of his actions; because most of us have all done something that could have resulted in injury or death; it just wasn't our time.

Cool story bro.. Wasn't talking to you nor was I defending the deceased gentleman's actions. Nothing wrong with benefits/Rides to a bar. Plus Runway has awesome food and parking for bikes. So it makes sense as the place is very bike friendly. I dont even know this guy or the details of his death.. Go bark up someone else's tree..

Thoughts and prayers go out to his family...

Sounds like an incident that could have been avoided. Hope others learn from this tragedy.

where the benefit is, is not a problem for me. I have been to many benefits at ice houses, bought many a plate of BBQ....I have sympathy for the family but i can not and do not condone the action that hurt the family like that. Riding in general is dangerous, riding irresponsibly is a whole nuther thing. This man died in a stupidly needless fashion, and others will pay for his stupidity.
