Earlier today Judge Hamilton sentenced Kevin Larsen to thirty years for evading arrest causing a high speed pursuit. Since last week six others tried to flee but were arrested.

Just after 8 p.m. tonight Jarrod Andrew Zamora, 20, found out the hard way about evading arrest. Oak Ridge Police initiated a pursuit of Zamora on a 2003 Honda motorcycle in the area of Hanna and Robinson n in South Montgomery County. The pursuit was short lived. As Zamora approached Pateway Drive where the road has a small bend Zamora tried to be like the famous stunt motorcycle driver Evel Knievel .

Hitting the culvert pipe at Pateway Zamora launched the motorcycle landing almost fifty feet away scattering pieces and parts. He was transported to Hermann Hospital in the Woodlands in critical condition.

As DPS investigated the crash they were able to determine the motorcycle was stolen from Harris County.

They would say its not his fault, no one told him he's supposed to stop and he bought that bike legally.

During the sentencing phase of trial, Assistant District Attorney, Rochelle C. Guiton, presented evidence to the court that in 2005, Larson was sentenced to 10 years in prison in Washington state for soliciting a 15 year old girl to murder her own mother. The court also heard evidence that Larson was convicted of Taking a Vehicle without Permission, Possession of Stolen Property, and Attempting to Elude a Police Vehicle, also committed in the state of Washington. In closing, Guiton stated that Larson has been committing crimes since 2000 and in 12 years has failed to prove himself a productive member of society. In sentencing Larson, Judge Hamilton said she cringed watching the video, in which Larson ran through countless intersections of busy Montgomery County. She said the dangers were outrageous and she does not know how no one was hurt.

Leave him alone. It is apparent by the pic that he was dropped on his head as a baby. The left side.
