This. Game warden can actually search your house/car/whatever without a warrant. All they need is probable cause or a tip that you have something like illegally obtained game animal etc.

Haven't got pulled over on 149 yet by fish and game but one got us in bird sanctuary in Brazoria Co last year. We were doing over 100 and he let us off with a warning. Nice guy, he just didn't want us to kill one of his cranes. That's logical.

all them leos I've encountered have been professional and let us off with warnings/speeches and jokes, if you get a ticket, maybe leo is having a bad day or you being a jack

A few of us got road blocked by the Forest Service of all people a few years back on 149. I live out there and ride it everyday, and I assure you that Montgomery is no place to speed.
