Some skipped lunch, some headed home after lunch, and some tacked on a couple more hours north of 290

Thanks to those that waited up for us at the tail-end on the way up (white triumph, and 2up couple on the black bike). The pace wasn't quite as noob as expected. Hopefully we didn't ruin your fun.

Maybe I'll get around to throwing together a quick little video... though it's mostly the large group at the stops, and just 3 of us once rolling. I got some GREAT footage when we first got on 290

These are the Pics that Jen and I took, hopefully they'll show for everyone...

Sorry

I am sorry about you guys getting left behind. I stayed close to the speed limits. I could not keep track of all the bikes and for a moment on 529 / 359 i thought you guys split off...i waited, turned around and looked for you guys. Did you guys stop somewhere?

No worries... on the way up, the pace was just a little too quick for noob. We were doing ~85+ constantly to catch up after the corners (I assume ya'll were doing close to speed limit, but not slowing for corners). After awhile, you guys just ended up way ahead. We caught up at each intersection and didn't get lost... and didn't push beyond comfort level. We probably did roughly the speed limit through most turns, but yellow sign speed on the blind turns.

After lunch, we peeled off and continued down 290 when you guys headed north of 290. We just decided it was gonna be a longer ride than we could do that day and it was a good location to split. We waved to the white triumph to make sure someone knew we were headed out.

There were two of us sweeping and keeping up with the group. I was happy to see yall just riding at your own pace, didn't bother me a bit.

I saw four of you head off on 290 at Burton.
