+1. It's a municipal money grab! They get you in the system and drain your wallet. The fact that probably 75% of us at some time, have stopped at their favorite texmex for a margarita and driven home screams hypocrisy. Anyone pulled over after one top shelf will fail! I think the legal limit is too low btw no one in my family including myself have ever had a DUI. Just my 2cents

Oh yah one more thing I thought to be considered driving you had to have a steering wheel lol..


That's what Galveston county said about the beaches No "riding" dirt bikes or ATV's allowed but you could "drive" Sidebyside's because they had a steering wheel


But Seriously everybody be safe and don't drive drunk they will be hot out their, they where bad yesterday so I know they will be out full force tonight and tomorrow..
