Thumbs down Never! even if your broke down infront of the place!!

Mancuso south in lamarque was the worst place i have ever been to in my LIFE!!! I by far am not close to a cheap skate but this place was unreasonable in price and coustomer service .. charged me 240 to put a front sprocket and a little gasket sealent on my bike and thats after i talked to them for an hour and had them break down the what exactly they charged me for the lady at the front desk tried to charge me labor at 79 an hour just for talking to them about the problems with my bike. Then she tried to explain to me that any time a speak to them about my bike its on the clock my bike wasnt even in the bay it was parked in the front !! RIDICULOUS!! Im pretty sure yall have had good experiences with them but this is just me explaining my personal experience. BEWARE AND BRING LUBE IF YOU GO THERE CAUSE THEY ARE RAPING PEOPLE

I re-read the original post, and even with the grammatical errors present, I still come to the conclusion that the services were performed prior to the discussion regarding pricing. If I am mistaken, I'm sure the OP will correct me. If I am mistaken, and the OP corrects me, he knew the prices ahead of time and proceeded with the service anyway. If that does prove to be the case, I feel no pity for the guy. If the OP had the services performed prior to the discussion about pricing, as I believe he did, my statement still applies. I have a hard time believing a shop like Mancuso, or any shop in business for more than 6 months, charges customers to speak when they walk through the door. I've been behind the counter of a cycle shop. I worked parts/service for 3 years. I bet I have a far better grasp on the situation than you could ever imagine.

Always discuss pricing PRIOR to services being performed.

Do you have any first hand expierence having a bike worked on at any Mancuso location?

I do agree 100% about talking pricing before any work is done.

I have worked alongside and remain friends with the service/parts manager at mancuso southwest and the former service manager at mancuso gulf freeway. Having spent soo much time behind the counter and in the shop I rarely had the need to bring a bike in for service, if I did it only went to Patrick and the crew at Motorcycles Unlimited.

first off i discussed pricing as soon as i walked in the door secondly there is a big sign that says NEW LABOR PRICES 79.00 so it wasnt a discrepancy of price it was a PROBLEM WITH BEING CHARGED 79 DOLLARS WHILE my bike was not even scheduled to be worked on on the day i first walked in to the door SCENARIO I.E. EXAMPLE for the brothers of the "good ol boys" : You walk into shop ask to have work done person x says they will be able to do work and it will be this much and this is the what the job entitles also materials need. Do not be mistaken this was after diagnosis which i was charged full labor amount for 20 minutes it took to look at the bike. So after conversation is done I drop my bike off two days later to be worked on when its done I come to pay and my bill is 280 I ask for the beakdown and she tells me every second I conversate with her or technichian im billed for. ??? you please tell me how the thats justifiable and why is it that there are soo many english teachers on every post I make lol ulric you need a life and I wish they gave outlaw discounts but no go !!! OH since we are on discounts I even mentioned I was a Motohouston member THEY LAUPHED ! so please tell me why your taking up for someone that doesnt even acknowledge the group you are apart of ???? smh some people just like to be confrontational I guess did i spell that good enough for you BOSS
