new bike

Well since it seems my bike will probably be totaled Ive been looking into a new 600cc class bike. here is the bike im looking to get preferably in a 2013 model.

http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/252/10...omparison.aspx

i don't like zx6r cause of seat position same with gsxr i liked my r6 alot but want something little more track ready cause im done daily driving on the street.

Id like peoples opinion on this and other possible sport-bikes i may not have herd of.

Thanks Ben

The 675R is more of a track ready bike for the novice or intermediate level riders, but for an advanced rider we all know that no matter what bike you get the first thing that gets swapped out is suspension.

The r6 is a better bike once you have it setup, the 675r, handles better, but lacks power. You can see that in all levels of racing in america and internationally.

Crashing a 675r can be more expensive as well. Since there are far more r6's on the roads and on the tracks, you will have way more parts availability. Also since there are so many more r6's on the track, lots of riders and tuners have already done all the R&D to get the best tuning and setup numbers along with products to make life easier on the buyers.

It might have been... I think the rider has allot to do with it. It wont make you any faster

With just a few months experience, yeah that 675 will drain the bank account

Why not go buy a track bike for a fraction of the cost? You can get something that's a year or two old, fully built, for 6k or so.

Come on Trey, just because the article had big words in it, words that you do not understand, do not suggest that the OP has flawed logic....
the bike is a different type of ride, if he likes it, cool.
I got my cbr because i liked the "feel" of it over the ducati, different folks have different reasons for doing the things they do, not being the reason you have, does not make it bad.

Eh i find those comparisons . Some riders do better on certain bikes. The 675Rhas great suspension, and the power band and torque of a i3 is great. Sure the i4 can spin up more HP in the end...but thats about it.

Get a standard or naked and more riding time before going to the sport bike. My memory may not be good but isn't this twice in a few months? Glad your still continuing to ride though. Just looking out for you.

ok the first one was a puddle of oil several ppl inspected my bike and noticed grease along the left side of most of my tire.

Also ya ive only been riding a few months however i put more miles on my bike in a few months than most have in several years.

My 2011 r6 the day i wreaked on the 23 rolled over to 7960 miles all by me. the second accident would have screwed anybody. When a dumb woman pulls strait out in front of you giving you less than the width of one car lane to stop i did the logical thing stood the bike up on the front and get thrown rather than take a full on hit sorry im a bit of a pansy that way.

the reason i was asking for opinion on the triumph is because i have never personally been able to see one and wanted peoples opinions on the feel of it vrs the feel of an r6 when sitting on it
