not alot of options to make it 115cc, but with the right rider a nicely modded 110 can be quite competitive in the F7 class

idk about klx110 man but I can point u in the right direction

to make sure its gonna be something u wanna do put a 12 inch rim on the front, street tires hd front and rear springs, tb manuel clutch, pod filter, rejet 80/20, do the choke plug mod and ride.. Thats pretty much what I started with minus the manuel clutch, auto clutch was fun though, lol

if you like it the then you can upgrade to kx65 front end, aftermarket shock, 12x2.15 wheels with hd spokes and motor work

most parts can be found on planetminis for cheap! let me know if there anything I can do to help ya out

If you want to order some parts let me give you some cash and order for both of us. I need to build mine at the same time.

i may call them back tomorrow with a few more questions, i forgot to ask about the suspension and brakes.
oh and size wise, they say it is about the same size as an nsr.
Buy two, one for me and one for yourself.

well, in a moment of weakness I ordered the bike....
they are going to put a heavy duty spring like the bbr on the back and put a spacer to stiffen the suspension on the front...
total including shipping to houston was only $1700...
worth a try... if it does not work out, the grandkids get a toy....

Price seems a little high but not too bad considering the mods. All you need is a front hoop, set of spokes, pair of tires, handguards, and a muffler slider.

Keep in touch with PitsterPro if any issues arise and they'll take care of you. And this is just my (often flawed) way of thinking but...get the grandkids some gear and get 'em out on the track! I can't wait to read your review of the bike. Loctite, torque, gas and go!

I would love to get the grandkids out racing with me, the truth is i have offered to pay for it... they just are not interested...they have bikes and 4 wheelers and do not ride any of them...
I am looking forward to playing with the little gp bike... if it works out, I will do sprints with it and make my crf into an endurance bike....if it does not work out, well, at least i will have done something no one else has done yet.... at the price of the little bike, if it works out, there will be a bunch of them in TMGP...
they told me that if sales go good, they will keep stocking the bike, but if not, they will still have access to parts and support as they get it from the same folks that make their other bikes... seemed like nice folks on the phone.

Yes, take the bike apart and redo it with loctite, and change the oil and do it after every ride. Take less than a quart.

Do it.
This could turn into the "I bought a Pitster Thread".
