I was in an Old School Mood last night - iTunes

Some songs I downloaded:
Who's the Mack - Ice Cube
Rock Box - Run DMC
Mind is Playing Tricks on me - Geto Boys
Cha Cha Cha - MC Lyte
Freaks of the Industry - Digital Underground
No Sleep Till Brooklyn - Beastie Boys (Kerry King from Slayer played guitar on this BTW)
Follow the Leader - Eric B & Rakim
Strictly Business - EPMD

I listened to a lot of rap in the 80's!

Johnny Taylor (if you like cafe music)

Yea I was about to put Curtis on my next "longer" list but I get the feeling you already have a taste for the songs I was gonna list so I'll not even waste my time. Ol skool is 10x better than the BS we hear today outside of a select few like 2 Pac (although he can technically be considered ol skool at this point), Nas, Jay-Z, Blackstarr (Talib & Mos), Gangstarr, etc...

What do you play? Haven't been lately as I am usually on post during the week but when I used to go it was nice. Love the live band atmosphere. So do you know when the Jazz fest is ?(the one in Kemah)
