First time my car got hit, I was all naive and righteous. I had a major whiplash that hurt like the dickens for a week. All I wanted to to get my car fixed right. They fixed it alright. The repairs took longer than the insurance company would allow so I ended up footing the rental bill after 30days. The car never ran right after that and took a big hit on resale value. Other than car repair cost, I didn't get a dime. In the end, I was out a whole bunch of money and time, not to mention... yes, the pain and suffering.

I didn't ask to get punished that one fine afternoon. I should've listen to my friends who all told me I should learn to play my cards right for fair compensation.

Our law firm handles suborgation claims when one insurance company sues another due to not paying out enough to cover all damages and claims. I see this on a daily basis and in the end the only one that loses is you. Most auto policies are severly under-insured to cover any major medical and loss of property. I would suggest to anyone that rides to have a supplemental policy like AFLAC to cover a wider scope of damages and medical claims.

Wow Im so sorry to hear this. Heal up soon. Dont let them get away with this by letting you get the short end of the stick. 2 weeks in the hospital, and 8 surgeries and your still not done. Make them pay!!!!

Tell the doctors to stick a big breast implant somewhere to stretch out the skin. Then they'll remove the implant and cut the newly stretched skin away to stitch it up to where you need it.
