headlights

So I was thinking about taking off my head light and trying to put maybe two 4" or 6" circle headlight and putting a halo band around them. This would require me to remove my upper faring completely. My question I guess, would removing my upper faring hurt my bike in anyway. Ex water getting into places ot shouldn't ???

It won't hurt anything unless you leave wires/hoses hanging exposed where they can hit the front tire or something. If your 250 has a ram air system that you need to remove to ditch the fairings, you may have to mess with the carbs a bit to get it to run right but other that that it should be fine.

I honestly don't know if it does. I'll have to look that up.

You don't have ram air.
There are several ways to add a single or double headlight.
If you get a minute swing by and I can show you some options.

A couple of 5-3/4" E-code lamps will light up the night. They have far better beam patterns than DOT and they fit generic 5-3/4" lamp housings that are sold by a lot of Harley aftermarket suppliers.

That's what I'd do if I were to do a naked conversion to the SV. I'm sure Patrick will take care of you.
