We had a great time yesterday! thanks to everyone who showed up, it was good meeting those who i've never met before. Alberto (alrova) I didn't realise that was you until you pulled out and i seen your bike on the trailer. The mach race was , i passed the CMRA lic. school so now i can continue on the get my lic and my CMRA #. I had a couple of students that i worked with all day and we (the instructors) were able to help everyone improve on their riding abilities. Personally, i was very proud of my two personal students, together we turned their confidence level around, Thanks to Brandon with M-U for setting his suspension, that alone gave him so much more to work with. By the end of the day they had improved so much.

I can't wait to get out there but it's looks like it will be 4-6 weeks before I'm given the green light to ride again Congrats on the license!

Had a good time. Nice seeing everyone after the winter layoff and good meeting a few new people as well!

Tom,
Yeah Brandon was doing well out there. We still have some fine tuning to do but he ripped off a string 1:50's the last session.

The weather was great and the track was good by the second sesson. I forgot how much I love that track.
Thanks to Brandon for the help in T-1, it helped a lot.

don't get too excited, the way that mach race started was pretty hairy with all the runoffs in T-3 and T-4 on the first lap. I found my self getting in over my head a little in laps 2,3. I def. have some work to do for sure. I'm gonna take it slow and easy, we have all year and i think i need to get back into the swing fairly well before my first race..

:laughing6 that did get a little hairy there for a minute, i won't lie, i was scared when they were all trying to get back on, the guy in T-4 entered the track right in front of me i had to swing way left and just hammered the throttle and never looked back

You really suprised me yesterday with your speed and cornering skills on the RC, i think if you rode ever lap like the 2 you were behind me on, you're more than ready for a top 10 spot in the B group.

i think 3 went off between 2 and 3 and 1 was off in 4. they still passed, they only ran off not, crashed. A crashed is defined as when the handle bar touches the ground.

I came out in the afternoon to have Patrick put on an exhaust for me (btw, Patrick = awesome).
Anyway, I just wanted to say that your trackday guys do a GREAT job of making me feel like a squid. lol. That one visit to a trackday has sealed the deal for me, in a year or so when the GSXR is more paid for I will be getting a track bike (probably from Patrick) and hitting these trackdays up!

I didnt get to hit the track pipe, but I smelled it...now i gotta have some.

That's great nobody went down. I was focusing on getting out front and staying out of trouble. 5 minutes before the mach race Macman says to me "as much as you've be here Allan, you better win that race". And I thought it was a mach race.
It did feel good taking the win.
