i did my very first track day at MSRH on a patched tire. I would not suggest doing the track day with a plug, sounds like you made up your mind though and plan to get new rubber.

I don't like cyclegear anymore (they've really gone down hill) but I always get my tires from them because they offer a tire warranty for like $20...It's not bad when you're buying a $150-$200 tire

BD, I need another set of S20's, 190/55, 120/70,
Ill get w you tomorrow (fri).
I made it a whole 8 weeks on this last set. (8/23-10/18)

happened to me twice, new $150 tire gets a nail....

Thats why I quit buying the Pilot Road II and cahnged to the Pilot Power.

Who cares if they last 10k miles when they get a nail at just a few hunderd.

I would not ride on a patch..

Some people do, so maybe give the tire away
