How to bypass kickstand switch?

Kickstand is bent so I need to remove it for the track,

There are 2 wires, I read to cut and splice together but I just want conformation that this is what I need to do.

You should have to splice them together , it's weird that your honda is left as a open circuit . Jakeg , unplug it from the kickstand switch and put a jumper wire in the plug that should complete the circuit

I believe I cut my wires and taped them together. Call P1, Motorcycles Unlimited, or Whoop to confirm

or just cut it.....try to start it..if it doesnt start....then splice it together...duh fool!!
