It would be really fun to have a bunch of MH folks in the stands for the races, show those folks from Dallas and Austin and San Antonio how to act.
Let us not forget that we have several MH folks riding...
Rob78, Bagwell (vaughn), TSFLSTB (steve), Deano3090 and his kids, R6G35 (paul),
10mm (mike), and Jason Canuck...and of course, me the TMGP Pimp...
Saturday the sprint races start at 11 am and will go on all afternoon usually winding up between 5 and 6 pm...and sunday will be the sprints followed by year end awards...
any of you thinking about racing next year should come out and see what you will be doing, meet the riders you have not met yet and maybe get some ideas for an endurance team as well as your sprinting...
you have kids that might like it, bring them and let them meet the other kids who are racing...I am hoping to have my grandkids there, you never know what might spark an interest...I have more hope for my grand dauhters than my grandson, but i would love to see them all out there getting it..when i get too old to ride, i would love to watch them keep up the tradition...

I hope to be spectating Saturday. I am very interested in getting involved in TMGP and will be checking out the bikes and wanting to ask some questions. When should I show up on Saturday?

that is about the only draw back to spectators who want to watch a particular rider or particular race....
we do not know the grids or position until the riders meeting...they are assigned by draw, randomly each race according to the number of riders and the events signed up for...if you like watching a full day of racing it is great, but if you only want to watch a particular race or two you can not pick a time to be there...

yep, when the kids are not racing, they will be in the pits with their bikes or riding pit bikes around...so your "mini" could talk to them and get to know them a bit...
bring an ice chest with drinks and snacks and make a day out of it...

I agree with that, I went the last race weekend of last year, it was my first time to actually see tmgp racing...I had a blast, watching the practice and endurance race... walked around the pits and talked to a few of the guys about their bikes...I was hooked from the get go....I also settled on a crf/xr 100 as the bike of choice and started looking for one...I bought mine from Stanton (tojo92) and the fun began...four month off season sounds like a long time, but finding the bike you want, doing what changes you want to, to it and then getting some practice days to get the feel of it, and the first race weekend in on you before you know it...this weekend races will be the end of my first year, and it has been a blast...already trying to decide if i want to add another TMGP bike and if i do, do i have a dedicated endurance bike, or do i get another sprint bike to use in F5 racing....fun decisions to have to make.
