It's easier and much more fun on 3090, staying on the road is the "hard" part

I prefer RR south and RR over 3090. Until they get their 3090 road construction sorted at least.

Yea, only every time I've done RR. The 's boring except for the exciting dip in the bridge (I just lift my off the seat). Take someone (like a Forest Gnome) that's grown up on 3090, to RR for the first time and get their reaction

Interesting discussion. As I get more track days under my belt, I always wonder how close I am to low siding due to loss of grip on my street Battlax 003 tires. I am working on my riding position so as to not lean the bike as much. I was dragging the stock (about 1") peg feelers, so I removed them. How do you know how far you can lean your bike until it breaks loose? Only one way, I guess. For me, this only applies to the track. If you're pushing it that hard on the street, you're asking for trouble - too many unexpected complications on the street. The MotoGP riders have insane lean angles, but then these are pro setups on racing slicks.

Looking forward to MSRH on Sunday. Still in novice level to work on my consistency.

MotoGP riders have lowsides too. You push it, it will happen. It's part of the game

RideSmart bout $140 regular, but for new people you can sometimes get 50% off($70) and free leather rental...

Whoopies also does a $99 track day.

Got more excuses, or do you still want to go try and win the RR cup.

Frank and Gary will give you a run for your money

I hear the Waller County Sheriff sometimes give out awards. I believe at least a couple of folks on here have won one.

Depends on your tires as well. I never went to the edges of the front tire and barely the rear tire on those badass dunlops, even while dragging elbow
