i believe Patrick bought a vinyl decal plotter thing from another member, not sure if he is using it for personal use only, or for profit as well. Might want to check with him.
If he doesn't, I use a place called Redline Graphics on Richey Rd. and I-45. Their prices are good, and really helpful guys.
