no you wont, every rivet you grind off, the plate attach to it would come off too, so you can go to town with it, it wont hurt anything

K got the chain to length. Took 3 links off. Gonna ends up being one notch inside the center hash mark. Now just gotta get the chain riveted on and I'll be good to go.

Fkin sweet! I thought I had one from when I was younger and use to ride and race dirt but thought it got lost through moving and such. I call my uncle to see if he has one I can borrow and he informs me he has mine from years ago.
