i dunno, the clear coat has gone bad

i think you can sand it very lightly and reclear it

but cleaning it isn;t going to get the milky look out.

As long as the resin hasn't discolored fro the sun you're good to go. Just sand it with fine sandpaper (800-1000 grit) then clear coat it with a good 3K Urethane clear coat. Or take it to an automotive ship for them to spray it. As long as the resing is good it'll look good as new.

Just make sure not to sand through the carbon or you have another unfixable problem to deal with...

I have polished some before with 3m rubbing compound
